“Alice, The Lizard”

This is a premium print of “Alice, The Lizard” by Fabrice Guerrier.

Growing up in Haiti, small green anole lizards would often perch on the brown wooden branches of mango and avocado trees in the hot afternoon. They would stare at me, sometimes bobbing their heads and extending their orange dewlaps.

This painting is an homage to all the green anoles, perched and dancing under the sun, waiting for their next meal.
